Aichan joined Sterling Cross in 2012 from one the largest steel stockholders in the UK. She had previously worked as a commercial account manager, ranking within the companies top 10 performers nationwide.

Since joining in her early years as a recruiter, Aichan has helped play a crucial role in business development and retention, her meticulous approach to recruitment and understanding the importance of building long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike has helped her build an impressive reputation within the healthcare industry. Aichan currently oversees the Mental Health, Education, PCN and Elderly Care departments.

Aichan became a company Partner in 2022 and now takes an active lead in the overall strategy and direction of the business.
In 2024 Aichan, alongside partners Kate Willmott and Dan Wise, successfully completed an MBO process to purchase Sterling Cross from the founding partners.
