A specialist hospital in Hull is now looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) witha strong acute mental health or neurological care background to join the team as a Senior Nurse on a part-time basis.

This hospital offers a dynamic service for people experiencing enduring and progressive mental health conditions, a neurological condition, or have related needs that would benefit from inpatient therapeutic support. The team has been awarded a “Good” rating by CQC and is led by one of UK’s foremost health and social care groups, highly praised for the quality of its services – clinical and residential – for people who require some extra support to live well.

As a Senior Nurse, you’ll play an enhanced role within the MDT – making key decisions, modelling best practice, and overall maintaining an optimum therapeutic environment to best empower each patient through their bespoke treatment pathway. Your expert nursing care will be key to enabling patients to make lasting improvements in their mental health, achieve greater independence, and smoothly transition to a less formal setting.

Accredited as a “2 Star Outstanding” employer by Best CompaniesTM, the group can offer you one of the sector’s best packages for professional development (including to further upskill, gain new qualifications, and advance) as well as rewards and lifestyle support in return – plus a £2,000 sign-on bonus* as warm welcome to the team.

Reflecting the scope of care offered, both Registered Nurses for mental health (RMN) and Registered Nurses for learning disabilities (RNLD) will be considered and are welcome to apply.

This is a permanent, part-time position (24h) for a Senior RMN or Senior RNLD, with days or nights available.
